The Landing is a luxurious, custom-built vacation home and event venue located on 75 private acres in the countryside of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, about 40 minutes from the Kansas City metro area.

It is designed for large groups, sleeping up to 20 guests, and is popular for family reunions, corporate retreats, and weddings (often referred to as Blue Cedar Landing or The Lodge/The Stables).

What We Loved:

• Private Airstrip: It features a private, paved, and lighted runway, making it accessible by private plane or helicopter.

• Private Ponds: It features two private ponds, perfect spots to watch the sunset, fish, or have a picnic.

• Entertainment: Guests have access to an on-site movie cinema with luxury recliners, an indoor putting green, a private hot tub, arcade games, shuffleboard, and a sauna.

• Outdoors: The property includes 75 private acres to explore, two fishing ponds, a luxury fire pit, a playhouse, and outdoor seating areas.

• Accommodations: It's a spacious home with four beautifully designed bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping room, multiple bathrooms, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
