Bacherhof in Hundham, Germany

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Leitzach Valley, the Bacherhof in Hundham (Fischbachau) is a quintessential example of Upper Bavarian hospitality. This family-run establishment operates primarily as a beloved Bauernhofcafé (farm café) and guesthouse, serving as a cozy retreat for hikers, locals, and travelers exploring the Alps.

With its flower-adorned wooden balconies and backdrop of the Breitenstein and Wendelstein mountains, the Bacherhof offers an authentic rustic atmosphere. The house was first mentioned in a document in 1506 and have been farmed by the Bacher family ever since. The current house was built in 1897 and since 1932 has been hosting holiday guests.
